Delivery Information

UK Standard delivery is £4.99 per order (Excluding Fireworks). Delivery is up to 5 working days.

UK Next Day Delivery is £8.99 per order (Excluding Fireworks). Delivery is next day before 5:30pm Monday - Friday, (excluding Bank Holidays).
(cut-off time for guranteed next day is 12:00pm. Orders received after that time may make next day delivery but will be deemed as being dispatched the following day.)

Orders over £75.00 will be Free Delivery.

All customers will be advised of dispatched via email and be advised of any tracking numbers.

We will always require a signature on delivery, so please ensure that there is someone available to receive and sign for the parcel.

We try our best to comply with a customers delivery requierments and if you require goods delivered within another timeframe not laid out on this schedule, please don'y hesitate to phone us and we will be more than happy to confirm details.

All the above prices specifically exclude the inclusion of fireworks. For orders with fireworks, you must choose the firework selivery option on checkout. Orders received with fireworks included and the wrong delivery option, will be contacted and advised of the correct rate.

We can't be held responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect delivery options on checkout. Orders returned to us via our carrier as undelivered due to no-one in. We will deduct any additional fee's charged to us via the carrier together with a 25% re-stocking fee. Any remaining monies will be refunded.
